Peppermint is used for a multitude of ailments; helping with digestion, nausea, headaches and reducing cold symptoms. Peppermint is also an effective decongestant. It helps to thin mucus and break up coughs. It is very soothing and calming for sore throats. Which is why I picked mullein and peppermint as the stars in my all-natural vapor rub!
Mullein & Mint is a strong all-natural vapor rub that includes peppermint, eucalyptus and rosemary essential oils that come together for congestion and respiratory relief.
